Our Founder: Teresita Acosta


Teresita Acosta is a distinguished professional in the hospitality industry with a wealth of knowledge and more ​than 15 years of experience. She began her journey with a prestigious Hospitality degree from Switzerland, the ​heart of Luxury Hospitality Education. Teresita further enhanced her expertise with a Foodservice Certificate ​from Cornell University, a globally recognized leader in Hospitality Management Education.


Her academic journey continued with an MBA from INCAE Business School, where she specialized in Operations ​and Sustainable Development, equipping her with the skills to integrate efficiency and sustainable practices into ​Hospitality operations. Most recently, Teresita completed a specialization in Business Strategy at Harvard ​Business School, ensuring she stays at the forefront of industry trends and strategic thinking.


In addition to her professional achievements, Teresita is an avid traveler who has been exposed to a wide variety ​of customer experiences around the world. Teresita’s exposure to extensive hospitality experience includes ​renowned international brands such as Disney Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Darden Restaurants, Aramark, ​Burj Al Arab Hotel, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, The Peninsula Hotels, Four Seasons Resorts and more. She has also ​led prominent organizations like Costa Rica’s Restaurant Chamber and has vast entrepreneurial experience, ​consistently championing the importance of exceptional customer experiences as the cornerstone of value ​creation for both guests and businesses.


Her extensive business acumen and passion for travel has provided exposure to a wide variety of customer ​experiences around the world enrich her professional expertise, allowing her to design unique and memorable ​experiences that cater to diverse customer needs and preferences. This combination of professional and personal ​insights makes her exceptionally well-equipped to elevate hospitality standards.
